1. Is your jewelry gold plated?

Yes, some jewelry is 24kt gold plated. In the product description you can see which ones these are.

2. What materials do you use?

Every piece of jewelry is made of different materials. In the product descriptions you will find precise information on the respective materials, like gemstones, glass or silver. 

3. What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are free within Germany. For orders within Europe we charge a shipping fee of €5.90. You can find more information here.

4. How long does it take for the order to get to me?

Since we are currently still making all the pieces in a very small team, it can take up to 5 days for us to hand over your order to the shipping company. After that, the delivery should normally be with you within Germany in about 2-4 days. You can find more information here.

5. Can I return my order for free?

If you are in any way unsatisfied with one of your FREDERIK SUE items, you can return it to us for a full refund. However, the shipping costs for your order are non-refundable. This means that you have to pay for the return shipping yourself. More information here.

6. How long do I have to return my order if I don't like it?

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods (or receipt of a third party) to return the goods to us.

7. What payment options do you offer?

We accept these following payment menthods: PayPal, credit card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), Klarna invoice, Klarna instant transfer.

8. Where do you produce?

All of our jewelry is lovingly handcrafted in Munich (Germany).

9. Where does the name FREDERIK SUE come from

We're not revealing that yet, but we'll be announcing the story on our Instagram account soon. If you don't want to miss the story then follow us @frederiksue .

10. What size should I order?

Since all our designs are genderless and should be worn by whoever likes it, we don't split our pieces or sizes into men or women. For almost all pieces, we do offer two sizes that can also still be adjusted with the extender chains (+5cm). It is best to simply measure your neck or your wrist and use the centimeters as a guide. If you are still unsure which size is right for you, then we can tell you that the smaller size should normally fit every woman's neck, and the larger version is ideal for men.
